48 hour cancellation policy:
Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments

If you need to make any changes to your appointment for any reason, we appreciate as much notice as possible but absolutely require a minimum of 48 hours. Otherwise, you will be charged a cancellation fee in the full amount of your scheduled visit. Thank you for respecting this policy.

Cell Phone Policy

We kindly request that you do not speak on your cell phone in the waiting area and turned off when you're in session.

Parking

There is plenty of parking in the front of the office. Please read posted signs.

Please note that by law, I cannot treat your condition without first seeing you in person.
