What do I need to bring?

Bring along any X-rays, scans or test results that you may have and most important your diagnosis.

Am I required to arrive early for my first appointment?

Yes, you should arrive early for your first appointment as you will need to fill out initial paper work. (If you have a printer, you could download the forms here before you come in).

Why am I asked to complete paperwork?

Dr. Sarah Schuldenzucker will need to record your medical history to assist in discussing treatment option.

Do I have to remove my clothes?

Depending on the area of your body requiring treatment, you maybe asked to undress to your underclothes. If this is the case, you should be offered a sheet to be covered with. In respect of your culture and preference we will make sure you are comfortable during the treatment.

What happens at my first consultation?

Dr. Sarah will ask about your problem and symptoms and will advise you if she can treat you or you need to be referred. She will conduct an extensive case history. Dr. Sarah takes a whole of body approach to treatment. Dr. Sarah may look at the area that is troubling you as well as other parts of your body.

What if my condition changes over time?

It is important you tell Dr. Sarah if your medical condition changes over time. This includes any new injuries or change of medications, plus further therapy choices.

How long will my appointment take?

Your initial consultation may last up to half an hour. This will enable Dr. Sarah to take a thorough history, examine and depending upon your condition, treat you. Please check appointment length when booking.

How many appointments will I need?

This depends on your condition. Generally you would expect to see some changes in your symptoms after one or two visits. Long term or chronic conditions may require more treatment.
